We sell study guides to students in South Africa. We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free or suitable for your particular needs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase from us meet your requirements.
- Ordering and Payment
You may place an order for products on our website by selecting the products you wish to purchase, adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. We accept payment by credit card and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
- Delivery
We will deliver the products you have purchased to the address you provide during checkout. We make every effort to deliver products in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee delivery times or dates. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that arise during delivery.
- Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns of products that are defective or that do not meet the specifications advertised on our website. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return. We will provide a refund or exchange for the returned product, as appropriate.You can not return a book that was ordered in the wrong language. In the 40+ years that we have been in business, we’ve never had a client that was not satisfied with the book content. If however you are not satisfied, you will need to courier the book back to us, on your own cost, and we will issue a refund if the book is in its original condition.
