Orders

Only books on the accompanying order form are available. All other editions have been sold out and shall not be reprinted. We do, however, have a limited number of copies of the latter publications available for TEACHERS who are interested.

IMPORTANT: ORDERS ARE EXECUTED CHRONOLOGICALLY - THUS THOSE ORDERS RECEIVED AND PAID FOR FIRST, WILL BE MAILED FIRST.

Please enquire if you experience any problems with your order. If all the books you have ordered are available, you should not wait longer than 7 days for your consignment.

If you order a large number of books, they will be mailed in different containers. If we for example mail 3 boxes, they will be marked respectively in the lower left-hand corner of the box. Please note that it may happen that the parcels do not arrive at their destination simultaneously.
